Our mission is to help you grow as a leader. We emphasize how values-based leadership will make you a more effective leader of others—and improve your relationships with those to whom you report. As a result, we provide you the skills necessary to begin the remainder of your leadership journey on a level playing field—in other words, All Square.

George Brymer is the author of Vital Integrities: How Values-Based Leaders Acquire and Preserve Their Credibility, founder and president of All Square, Inc., and the creator of The Leading from the Heart Workshop. He is a past president of the board of Leadership Toledo, a program that fosters leadership and involvement among leaders in the Greater Toledo Area. He was instrumental in establishing the Youth Leadership Toledo program in 1997 for teenagers in our community.
