Overview The name says it all: The Leading from the Heart Workshop teaches leaders at all levels how to lead with heartfelt principles. This three-day workshop provides a unique opportunity to explore values-based leadership with Vital Integrities author George Brymer in an intimate, small group setting. George presents an in-depth understanding of his six Vital Integrities. By balancing information with experiential exercises that are both practical and memorable, George ensures that the lessons you learn will endure long after the workshop ends.
The Model Principal to The Leading from the Heart Workshop is the belief that leadership is a craft, with the best practitioners guided by six Vital Integrities. Values-based leaders:
Accept Challenges and Take Risks Values-based leaders are risk takers, and more importantly, risk seekers, adventurers who position themselves to discover new challenges. Why is that important? Leadership is proactive, as people can only follow leaders who are moving. Learn more...
Master Both Listening and Speaking Everything we do as leaders communicates something to our employees. The words we choose set the tone for openness, respect, and trust. The stories we tell determine how employees remember our messages. And in the end, it’s all about our conversations. Learn more...
Live By The Values They Profess By proactively demonstrating the correlation between your personal values and those of the organization, you will simultaneously show your employees an allegiance to their values and validate their trust in you. Learn more...
Freely Give Away Their Authority Giving authority to others demonstrates trust in people. Trusted employees are more effective, creative, and satisfied. And a funny thing happens when you trust people—they trust you back! Learn more...
Recognize the Best in Others Values-based leaders recognize that each person’s talents are special, and that a person’s best opportunity for growth lies in exploiting those strengths. They identify what individual employees do best, and show them how to use their talents to bring success to themselves and the organization. Learn more...
Have a Vision and Convince Others To Share It Vision is the power to conceive a future that’s better than the present. Good leaders have a vision. Great leaders convince others to share their vision by articulating it in memorable and inspirational ways. Learn more...

"George's Leading from the Heart Workshop was not what I expected...it is taught in a venue that is comfortable and allows you to intimately share with others the type of leader you are or the type of leader you aspire to be. If you question whether or not you can get to where you want to be as a leader, George's material assists you in making that goal a reality. This workshop is suitable for tenured leaders as well as upcoming leaders for any type of industry, whether it is corporate, manufacturing, or not-for-profit. I took so much away from his workshop: great material and a respect for the other leaders in my workshop. I would recommend this workshop over and over."
