Leaders celebrate individual achievements publicly and help constituents be their own PR agents.

In The Leading from the Heart Workshop participants will: 

	Understand the power of matching people to the jobs they do best
	Learn the theory of differentiation and why it does not work
	Feel the value of public celebrations and the power of ceremonies
	Produce a 30-second self-promotion to answer the question "What do you do?"
