TERMS (The Leading from the Heart Workshop)
PAYMENT/DEPOSIT An invoice will be mailed to you. Payment is required prior to Workshop.
TRANSFERS/CANCELLATION Cancellations must be received in writing and will be processed effective the date received. A $75 administration fee will apply to cancellations received thirty days prior to the Workshop. For cancellations received ten-thirty days prior to the Workshop, a $250 administration fee will be charged. Full tuition is forfeited for no-shows or cancellations received less than ten days prior to the Workshop. Substitutions of participants are allowed with prior notice.
We may need to close a Workshop due to full or insufficient capacity. Notification of closure will be made as soon as possible. Participants will be given the option to reschedule to a different workshop or receive a tuition refund. Our liability due to closure of a Workshop is limited to the refund of tuition.
DRESS CODE Business casual attire is appropriate at all times, including jeans if neat and presentable. Because individual climate preferences vary, conference center temperatures will be set to accommodate the majority of participants. We strongly recommend dressing in layers so you can control your own comfort level.
PRIVACY POLICY We respect your privacy. Your contact information, along with any other information you may provide us, will not be sold or rented to any other party.
